Brooke Martinez joined Fisher Law Office in 2022. Ms. Martinez practices general civil litigation with a focus on commercial litigation law; landlord and tenant law; condominium and homeowners’ association law; and bankruptcy creditor representation. For four consecutive years, Brooke N. (Bockemuehl) Martinez was recognized by Florida Super Lawyers® magazine as one of the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state (2012-2017). Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state receive this honor. In 2015, Ms. Martinez was selected as an “Up and Comer” by Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite. Additionally, Ms. Martinez was featured in Gulfshore Business’ article, “The New Guard”, see: https://www.gulfshorebusiness.com/the-new-guard/.

Ms. Martinez has been practicing law in southwest Florida for 17 years. She joined the Pavese Law Firm in May 2005 and became a partner in the firm in 2014. In 2019, Ms. Martinez founded the Law Offices of Brooke N. Martinez, P.A. During that time, Brooke Martinez and Peter Fisher began working on a multimillion-dollar construction defects jury case together, and because the two worked so well together, the two chose to merge her practice into Fisher Law Office.

Brooke is a “double gator” having attended the University of Florida to obtain both her undergraduate and law school degrees. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, past President of the Lee County Association of Women Lawyers, and past President-Elect of the Junior League of Fort Myers.

Brooke grew up in Niceville, in the panhandle of Florida. After law school in Gainesville, she was determined to move back to a coastal community and has now made Fort Myers her home for the past 18 years. In her free time Brooke loves spending time with her family, particularly when they are boating or traveling.
